It's been a strong couple games for Dino Gregory.
Very strong.
The junior big man tossed up a +17 last night in Maryland's 81-59 defeat of Miami --- just three days after a +13 against N.C. State.
Maryland's bench, aside from Gregory, is -2 in those games.
Now, some of that factors in garbage time. And with Gregory effectively splitting most of the time at the five with Jordan Williams, it leaves opportunities to be in with three or four starters.
Still, Gregory had eight points and was an interior conduit for the offense last night. So he is making something of a difference for Maryland.
And while it isn't always evident in the box score, it is in the plus-minus. In the last three games, Gregory is +55 in 60 minutes. Which is pretty good.

I don't know if this is too much to ask, but it would probably be better if your +/- per min stat was instead +/- per 40 minutes. It's hard to comprehend what a +0.40 per minute means, but a +16 per 40 minutes is easy to understand.

Given that instead of dividing a raw +/- number by minutes played, Id would instead divide a raw +/- number by minutes played and multiply it by 40, it wouldnt be too hard at all.
Consider it done starting with the Maryland-Clemson game on Sunday.
