Those who know Maryland basketball coach Gary Williams can generally agree on one thing: He is a voracious reader.
(What, you thought I was going say something complimentary about his coaching acumen or something funny about his sideline demeanor? Maybe some other time).
Anyway, it's no secret Williams reads a lot, and it's a safe bet he'll be very happy to see that Maryland ranks seventh nationally in attendance with an average crowd of 16,792.
Ahead of the Terrapins? Kentucky, Syracuse, Louisville, Tennessee, North Carolina, Wisconsin.

Maryland is a big-time program just WAITING to explode. If we ever get ROLLING rolling.....like Florida's random back to back titles, watch out.
Maryland has all the tools to make the leap, just hasn't happened yet.
